I have been trying to remember the name of a band from the 80's, and for the life of me can't do it. So I figure I'd throw it out there on here. All I can remember is that they were an underground, pop-rockish, alternative type Christian group. I believe a 3-man band. I believe the album in question was white with pics of the members on the front. The first song on the album started off with them chanting "Play it loud, Play it loud!". Then the jam took off. My buddy and I used to listen to it along with the 77's, Undercover, Altar Boys, etc. Now in our late 30's, we've been racking are brains forever trying to remember the name and have been unsuccessful. I know that's not a lot to go on, but anybody got a clue?

I know MxPx has a song like that, but it came out in 2003 I think... maybe it's the same song, and just have to find out who they covered. Sorry I'm not more help.
